Updated County Season Performance

Following our 22-14 win over Essex yesterday (4th Feb 2018.) The updated season points totals have been updated. Harry Wilson has maintained his one point lead at the top of the standings (31from 22). He now has four players breathing down his neck just one point behind (Sandgra Gammage 30/22, Thomas Ellis 30/22, Ben Summerfield 30/19 and Marilyn Cook 30/22).

Essex 14-22 Hertforshire

Hertfordshire travelled to Essex for their rearranged ECCBA League fixture on Sunday 4th February 2018. In a closely fought contest we managed to secure an important 22-14 win which takes us to the top of the table. Click on the link below for the full match report.

County Singles Draw

The draw for the county singles being held at Applecroft School on Sunday 28th Janaury 2018 has been made. The 32 players have been drawn into eight groups of four with the top two from each group advancing through to the knockout stages;


Group 1

This group sees P Cook (2005 winner) joined by N Tuckey (2011 winner), R Hearn (2005 & 2015 Runner Up) and A Langley of Shenley.

Updated County Season Performance

After our 25-11 win over Bedfordshire on Sunday 21st Jan 2018, the season points totals have been updated.


Harry Wilson leads the way on 27 points from his 19 matches. He is a single point in front of Thomas Ellis and Sandra Gammage (26 from 19). Craig Hearn is a further point back (25 from 16). Hertfordshire 25-11 Bedfordshire

We played our second ECCBA League Fixtrue of the season against Bedfordshire on Sunday 21st January 2018 at Appplecroft School, WGC.

Essex v Herts - Postponed

The scheduled match against Essex on Sunday (10th December 2017) had to be cancelled due to the heavy snow in surrounding areas. We are hopeful that the match will be rescheduled for Sunday 4th February dependant on the availability of the hall at Great Saling.
