Congratulations to Bedmond who have won the 2nd division and secured an immediate return to the top tier!!
They have a game to play but on 30 points can not be caught by any of the other teams. Hertford Heath having played all their matches look set to join them, they have 25 points.
Great Amwell can still catch them but will need to score at least seven points in their final fixture away to Bedmond. Shenley are in 4th place with 15 points from their six matches.

Results in from the 2nd division
Hertford Heath 4-4 Great Amwell
Bedmond 8-0 Hertford Heath
Great Amwell 2-6 Shenley
Hertford Heath remained on top of the 2nd division however the 8-0 loss at Bedmond looks like it has potentially cost them the 2nd division title. They have now completed their matches and have 25 points. Bedmond are just the one point behind but have two games to play (away to Shenley and Great Amwell). Great Amwell suffered a 6-2 loss at home to Shenley which looks like it may have cost them an immediate return to the first division. They will need to beat Bedmond 8-0 (+25 shots) to overhaul Hertford Heath. The win for Shenley moves the up to 13 points from their five games and now have chance to finish above Great Amwell.

Division 2 Results to date
Bedmond 4-4 Hertford Heath
Great Amwell 4-4 Bedmond
Hertford heath beat Shenely
Shenley lost to Hertford Heath
Great Amwell 5-3 Hertford Heath
Shenley 6-2 Great Amwell
Bedmond 8-0 Shenley
Hertford Heath lead the way in the 2nd division with 21 points from their four games. With just two fixtures left to play (Home to Bedmond & Great Amwell) they could set the marker for the others to reach. They have won impressively home and away against Shenley, secured a good 4-4 draw away to Bedmond and only lost narrowly 5-3 at Great Amwell.
Bedmond sit in 2nd place with 16 points from their three games. They have been held to a 4-4 draw at home to Hertford Heath and also secured a 4-4 draw at Great Amwell. An 8-0 win at home to Shenley has kept them in touching distance of the leaders
Great Amwell have 11 points from their three fixtures and will need improved results over the 2nd half of the season if they want to secure an immediate return to the first division. At home they have beaten Hertford Heath 5-3 and been held by Bedmond. They lost 6-2 at Shenley to leave them 10 points behind the leaders (with a game in hand)
Shenley should have entered the season with renewed confidence after a good 2nd half to last season. Unfortunately home and away defeats to Hertford Heath and an 8-0 loss at Bedmond has left them some way off the pace. A 6-2 home win over Great Amwell has shown that they have the potential to move up the table in the 2nd half of the season.

Congratulations to Braughing who have won the 2nd division.
Playing their final fixture at home to Little Hadham with a 5 point advantage, Braughing just needed two points to secure an immediate return to the 1st division. A great performance some them convincingly beat their nearest challengers and take the league title. Little Hadham secured the runners up spot with Hertford Heath in 3rd and Shenley in 4th.

Result from the 2nd division.
Hertford Heath defeat Little Hadham 6-2 (+10 shots in their favour) to move to the top of the league.
It looks like home form is going to be vital in the 2nd division with nobody suffering a home defeat as yet. Hertford Heath lead the way with 16 points from their 4 matches. Shenley are in 2nd place with 14 points from the same number of games.
Braughing and Little Hadham have ground to make up as they have 10 and 8 points. Although they do have games in hand as they have only played 2 matches each.
