Is anybody aware of clubs bowling in Hertfordshire that are not competing in the league?

I recently visited Watton-At-Stone (bowl on a Wednesday afternoon) to give them an entry form for the memorial 4's and to

enquire about them re-joining the league. Travel is an issue for them so whilst they won't be re-joining our league we can

hopefully get them along to some of our open/county events. Another club that continues to play (but not in our league) is Bramfield. I made some enquiries recently and found out that they do still play on a Monday evening so will be going along soon to make contact and see if they have any plane on returning to league action.
