As I am sure most of you are aware each year the winners of the county titles go on to represent Hertfordshire at the ECBA Champion of Champions. This years event is being held in Wolsingham, County Durham on the weeknd of 6th/7th June. This event is held in a leisure centre so there is no accommodation on site. Therefore, accommodation needs to be booked separately. 

The 4's winners are uanle to attend and as Craig Hearn won the singles and the pairs (he is playing in the pairs) we need representatives for the fours and the singles. The procedure for this when the winners can not attend is as follows;

3. Committee decision

In both competitions options 1 and 2 are not possible. Therefore it will be a committee decision for both events. As we need to allow our representatives time to book their accommodation the committee will be making a decision at the Essex game on Sunday 15th March.
