Hi Alan - We lost 22-14. Pete Cook won all 3 games. Several really tight games and the result leaves us in a strong position to finish 2nd for first time ever. David Danby | |

Not sure what you are taking about..... everybody could see that the percentage shot was to play the shortest wood on the carpet up end over end about 23 times. The match report will be on the website in the next couple of days... | |

Member Posts: 17 | Luckily for Pete I was dealing with my own problems on the mat next door. Turned round to see a wood creep through a gap with dead weight and nudge a bowl in for shot. The lesson for us all is that you've got to block those blockers. As for luckiest wood ever have a quiet word with rebecca and Paul Harris with regard to their league match earlier this season | |
